It's about time i sorted out this. Does anyone know of a small oneway/check valve i can get to go in the end of my fuel breather pipe ? It currently hangs down under the car,not a problem but fuel can pour out when full or going round roundabouts trailing under my hot engine. A friend suggested a tyre valve stuffed in there but i fancy summit more proper,I've grown out of cheap bodge and make do.

If you have easy access to the fuel tank, and can drill then.

The outlet from the breather on the filler tank neck is sealed using a fuel pipe that runs all the way down and along my buggy shell towards the engine. I put that valve as near the tank as I could where it was able to remain as vertical as possible. It allows the tank to breath and prevents fuel coming out in a roll over too.

Just seal it off and drill a 1mm hole in the filler cap....simples....
