Working it Buggybaggy.

So far, I've cut up a headed seat sheet.  Then soldered the elements back together and wrapped it round the inside of a steering wheel.

On initial power up it developed a couple of high heat spots so unwrapped and left them to burn themselves out, it seems OK now.

Need to get the wheel covered and installed.

Not sure how efficient its going to be but fingers x'ed

heated seat pads stitched in under the leather/material of the seat and hard wired in onto a switch. save you faffing with 12v ciggy slots.

I have seen kenlowe pre heater kits. These can heat water up to 85degrees and have a pump inside. If I was to combine this with a tank and a compact heater unit I think it would work. The only problem is they are 240v. Would it work with an inverter.

Loads of these advertised on ebay, along with a very yummy set of fully heated seats (and switches) that also massage....!!!!!! Advert mentions nothing about a happy ending though....!!

Extra socks, pair of tracky bottoms or water proof leggings, gloves, RAF sheepskin, thermal T-shirt, extra pants and maybe a helmet would do 

I went here and got base layers and gortex jacket, got prices to suit all budgets. Plus they will have a massive sale on for Boxing Day

just got my lad a pair of heated m/c gloves runs of a 9 volt batterie in each glove for £18 from my local army navy store for exmas. will se what he says about them.

The Gadget Show just made a heated coat the instructions are on the web site apparently.
got to be cheaper than buying off the shelf.
