Just had a natter with the organisers, and the gates will be open on Friday from 12 Noon onwards for those that want to get there early

Not sure if this is to be made public knowledge or not as they usually restrict this to the Clubs for setting up 

Camping booked and paid for so two people one buggy and caravan going on Friday
Numbers for a saturday ride out may be useful if we get somewhere for food as a stop, it is a beautiful area with some good roads for a buggy cruise and photos.

We're planning on heading up on the Friday. 

We are normally in the area in for the Friday Evening as the Cotswold Olympicks is on https://www.olimpickgames.co.uk to watch the Shin Kicking and do the Torchlit Parade back into Chipping Campden, after the event there's live music and dancing in the square.

Dovers hill games is worth a visit for anyone with the traditional games and tournaments. There is a flaming torch lit procession down into Campden after

We've been going for quite a few years Snoopy.  I have friends who run the English Country Backswording and normally have a tournament there.

One of my friends won the shin kicking one year.  He could barely walk the next day.

Been thinking a friday night cruise around the malvern hills and a stop at http://www.pickersleighs.com/ for a take away then back to the show ground for consumption.
They do online orders but have no timings for thecruise with the stops.

Who would be wanting food as I will prewarn them that a group will be there probably 7pm ish if we set off at 6pm although the cruise route is around 15 miles.
Checking the route directions this friday to get an idea.

Called in at the chippy, diner and takeaway online orders get 15% discount and they will deliver to the show ground if required but there is a one way road around the shops with parking so we can pre order and collect.
Cruise around the hills is 13miles but narrow roads and photo stops it will be an hour
