Don't forget to weld the shuttle solid or you'll have loads of play just off centre.

Little bit more done yesterday, welded and started rebuilding the steering rack, then finished lowering the rear suspension, also fitted new rear flexi hoses to the brake lines ready for when the new shoes and cylinders arrive

No progress today, got a 200 mile road trip to bring back a couple of gs550 Suzuki parts bikes

Few more bits done to Sandra , finished the brake lines, welded a filler onto the tank, hopefully tomorrow will get the brakes adjusted and bled, make a block off for the fuel gauge hole, and get the front suspension finished

Where's the tank going to fit? I'm assuming the steering rack is taking up it's space.

Tank is behind the seats, over the gearbox.
Final placement of the rack will depend on getting the geometry right

A little bit more progress with the rail, lights mocked up ready for wiring,  new fuel lines and pump fitted, and tha cage roof is all cut ready to be welded back on with some space for human beings to fit inside,  but currently looks like I have a speedster sandrail

Yes it is a jeans,  waiting for its turn to be worked on.
The rail is getting built as a Jeans rail.  Tunis yellow paint with black details, jeans decals on the side, and possibly denim seat covers

The sandrail has taken a slight step back, now trying to focus on my manta ray, 


Will need to get it running again,  give it a fresh coat of paint, total rewire, have some new headlights for it


Dont worry too much about the sandrail, that also has been getting some extras
