Dear Clubs,

Please find attached a plan of the final club layout, you can reference from the worksheet and find your club location from there, I apologise it's taken some time but I wanted to get all of the booking forms in before I finalised the plan just to make life easier with all of the other organising for the event.

I understand some clubs will not like their new locations but this year you have to work with us, as you know usable space is limited. 2022 will be better!

With Regards to Pit Stop Marquee's not trading anymore, I have had other contacts for marquee company's but it's not something that can be drafted up for 2021 but hopefully 2022 will be sorted.

Important to note that like everyone else this year, from that diagram it looks like our usual position has been moved to the hill on the right hand side of the ring
with . . . (trying hard not to laugh) the Westfield's taking our usual spot. 

If you are unfamiliar with our usual spot, the grassy bank is so steep that not all of us can make it up there - Low slung sports cars ? 

Setting up is allowed from 10am Friday 28th August, and there is a different gate to use on the B4133 round the corner as the main entrance ha been obliterated by HS2 at the moment.

For those coming up on Friday in a NON Buggy, I have a couple of Vehicle Permit Passes here for "Setting up Cub stands" - They do not give any discount, and have never seemed to make any difference to me, and I`m not sure they are worth the paper they are printed on, but if you have used them before to get in and can see a value in displaying one on your car as you drive in on Friday, let me know and I`ll post one out to you - first come first served.

I reckon we are in our usual place. The Westfields, I think, are within the Grand Ring.

I was told we were in our usual spot, and it is being described as "the hill"

I'm not entirely sure that the diagram is accurate if I'm honest

For those that are new here and don't know many of us, I`m in a metalflake green Buggy and a Yellow VW T4 on the campsite

I`m Dave and Liz will be hobbling about on a stick - make sure to find us and say hi

Everybody welcome - Plenty of space on the Club stand and plenty of space for camping - the more the merrier !!




Oh, and I'm pretty sure we are in usual display and camping spots - I think I had the map rotated when it was sent over to me 

Paul you'll fit right in with the - fellow Doon owners.

Healthy number of buggys and relaxed feeling with fewer exhibitors etc. Still plenty of variety and well worth a wander around to be reassured kit cars are still popular.
