Hi all, so after a find on ebay, I now have a rolling chassis. Please could you recommend advise or point me the right direction to a local comapany that could replace floor pans LWB. Woking, Surrey area.

Roman.....  Give your local "tyre replacement"\"service" outlets in or local to your home town. They often use a third party for their welding repair work. This will be someone on an industrial estate or similar operating a small garage type place. Welding fees are usually rock bottom price wise. 

If you have the skills and can remove the old pans and clean up prior to welding and it being booked in that will also save you money. You may also find the naps hat may need some repair. Pan dimensions are available online and go for the best quality you can afford.

Good strong pans but only available in short wheelbase. The OP needs full length ones.

Do go for the best quality pans you can get and compare gages.  The cheap ones are like tinfoil

You may also find the edges of the tunnel may need some work with regards to possibly welding sections in and making it straight. The rear of the pan is also attached to the torsion bar area and this can be a pain to get right. There is also a  lot involved in the drilling of the pans for plug welding. The more work you can do prior to welding the cheaper it will be.

Thanks everyone. Photo of current stage, lots of cleaning up! Managed to take off the front beam without snapping anything. 3 days of soaking in WD40.

For future reference WD40 is not actually a very good penetrating oil. Plus Gas and Wurth are much better, a 50/50 mix of nail varnish remover (ie acetone) and auto trans fluid is best by far.

Looking at the picture the pans they seem to be fairly decent. Are they the original ones. If so it may well be worth considering localised repairs. Possibly take the seam sealer off and cleaning and repainting then reapplying the seam sealer.
