What steering wheels have we all got on our buggys, what looms good and what doesn't?

Also got a query on the indicator cancelling gizmo. Where can you get these from or is it a case of trawling the breakers??

Grant steering wheel.

Currently a > 1967 column (which has the ignition key build into the column.  This has a cancel ring (Think I got the ring from VW Heritage)  and a new indicator switch, but the cancel ring has stopp cancelling a left hand indication.

Switching to a <1967 column which has an older cancel ring and indicator switch and the mechanism seems much better engineered.

13 1/2" Grant 838 wheel on a '63 column. Cancelling ring scavenged from the donor Beetle's wheel.
