Final notes as a bit of a reminder
Please do not set up camp until I take over the facilities at 1200.
The club is not a food sales outlet of any form so if you have booked for Breakfast or the buffet please attend as everything we order they buy in.
Please take all rubbish to the Chamberlain bins outside the clubhouse and report any damage or problems to myself.
On a final note the club has a bad year financially so if you are staying for the Sunday night it would be good if anyone that wants to pays for camping for this too.
The most accurate weather forecast says that we may have a couple of showers on Friday but nothing too drastic.
Finally, we have the makings of a cracking weekend and I can't wait to see you all.

Good point Hudge. Hadn't immediately realised the promotional advantage of following Alan & Vanessa's buggy combined with being selected to chauffeur Vanessa's famous father on the cruise.

But now know I was set up to be photo'd by him...... in front of the Punch & Judy tent.

The question is - which soft toy was Alan after on the crane game. And did he get it ?

I last saw Alan at 11pm last night at Cirencester peddling bags of doughnuts.

Hopefully some of the excellent fancy dress get ups will appear here later. El Presidente was spotted cuddling Princess Leia but I think he was really after her Light Sabre. Certainly saw the Blues Brothers and I think Minnie Mouse and Flags Aunt.
