Swanage 2018
I've finally got some details for this year's carnival so....
Dates are Thursday 26th to Monday the 30th of July for those that can do a long weekend break but anyone is welcome at any time. We will always find some room.
Normal rules apply over the weekend but for any first timers here's a quick summary:
Please keep all camping areas as small as possible.
Tents take priority over any other form of sleeping accommodation in the gated grass area next to the pitch.
All motor homes and caravans are to be kept on the car park in front of the clubhouse.
Please do not be offended if you are asked to move gazebos or Coleman shelters if we need the space for more tentage.
Well behaved dogs are welcome but please keep them off the pitch.
All visible signs of alcohol or empty cans/bottles must be removed for match day on the Saturday.
No emptying of chemical toilets with anything more solid than wet custard into the club house toilets.

And that's about it for the pesky rules!
The weekend will consist of:
Thursday – Early arrivals are welcome from 1300 onwards, if you get there before please wait until I have taken over the facilities from the club rep.
Friday – Troops arrive, make camp and catch up with long lost Buggiests. The bar will be open and if folks want to do a BBQ I suggest this would be the best night?
Saturday am – Mystery cruise (don't ask me?), ready to leave the club by 1100 (full tank etc) with a suitable location for a picnic.
Saturday pm – Arrive back at the club for 1700, the bar is open and it's PARTY night in the clubhouse. DJ Jazzy has volunteered to do the decks again (Thanks Matey) and the theme for this year is 'Come as someone famous' So Music Icons, celebrities ETC, You don't have to dress up but you know you want to. There will be the same kind of buffet as last year.
Sunday am – Full English in the clubhouse, timings TBC.
Sunday midday – Fun show and shine (TBC) more details later.
Sunday 1430 – Form up ready to leave for the Carnival procession, for those that want to depart straight after, you will be able to peel away at the end of the route.
Sunday pm – Relax, fish and chips in town, Sandpit field for some music and beer.
Monday am – Clean up the camping field and depart.

Prices:
£6 per adult per night
£2.50 per child per night
£5 per head for the Disco & buffet
£5.50 per head for breakfast
I stress that no monies go anywhere but back into the Football club funds
Due to work load and family matters I'd appreciate a little help this year to not organise the event, I'm happy to deal with the Football club and act as camping warden, Jazzy and Snowy have volunteered to sort the Disco.
So I'm looking for someone local to sort the cruise?
Someone to collate numbers for the Disco, print tickets and collect the cash as they sell tickets, or on the night?
Someone to sort the Show & Shine, as we do this as a charity event there are no funds for prizes. Last year I threw together what I could as a bit of fun so over to you.

Due to work commitments we can only do Sunday.

So Miles Susan and two teenagers a dog a buggy and a T5 for support as the eldest doesn't think it's kool to be seen in the buggy.

Me&mrs bear lardge camper van 1 buggy Friday 27th will arrive late until Sunday but could be Monday. Can't wait

+ 1. My father will join us.

Hi will be harry 5 year old son and me will arrive Friday  eve Saturday eve party but will early Sunday as we have to get back for my wife nans 80 th birthday party or will bein trouble!!!! Will come down in the van as the buggie is not ready
