Im going to pull the engine out over the winter and full flow the oil system . I've been collecting a few bits and I'm not sure what size fittings and pipe I need to run, will 1/2 inch be to big,  just wanna find out what people are using

I normally spray some wd40 on all the joints, pipes, etc if the engine speed picks up then it's getting in somewhere
#4
So many nice little bits on Mel's buggy I can look around it for hours
#5
Why you would do that to a type34 I don't know.
#6
And it's not even rusty it's paint believe it or not

first time I've been down to beachbuggin well worth the wet drive down all was good until we hit the m27 then it got darker and darker and wetter once we hit Portsmouth and could see the spinnaker ( how ever it's spelt) the thing was lit up with a beam of light, the rest of the day was hot and sunny.  Good to put a few more faces to names off her.  Will defo be going again next year

Parts Wanted / old windscreen frame
July 31, 2013, 07:40:47 PM
Hi wonder if anyone can help in after about 6-8" of windscreen frame. It needs to be ones of the newer type screens rounded back with the slot in the front. To be honest even 3 or 4 inches would do. I have a plan and I need the shape
thanks Andy

Thank you to everyone for making me and jilly welcome had a really good time and will defo be back next year what ever the weather. I now have drain holes in the bottom of the buggy after the drive home. To say we got wet was an understatement.should of taken a photo of jilly in emergency poncho and Sat in a bin bag. I should think I had an inch of water in The bottom of the buggy.
Thanks again Andy

oh and now I've got all sorts of ideas of bits I want to do to the buggy
