Hi wonder if anyone can help in after about 6-8" of windscreen frame. It needs to be ones of the newer type screens rounded back with the slot in the front. To be honest even 3 or 4 inches would do. I have a plan and I need the shape

Check out your local plumbing supply centre for shower curtain rail,
they may just cut you off a few inches as a sample   

Ahh that's not a bad shout I'll go into town at the weekend and have a look around
