Hello everyone...
Ahead of the Beach Bugging event in Southsea on August 7th, we are considering a gathering with camping in the nearby area, the day before - July 6th.
The idea that is forming, will be to set up camp lunchtime (ideally) then have a nice cruise around, may be chips on the beach or even an ice cream..... Heading back to camp for a BBQ maybe....
Bit of singing around the camp fire... I am not leading the singing.

Please give me a clue of those that would be interested in this addition to the normal run to Beach Bugging.

Additionally, if there is anyone local to the Hayling Island area that would be willing to suggest a suitable camp site with "facilities", your assistance would be great appreciated....

It would also be good if the show report in Volksworld magazine actually showed some beachbuggies in their articles.
I think it's ignorant of Volksworld that for a show whereby Beach Buggies get free entry, we don't get a mention or a picture...!!

So we have 4 of us interested in going camping before beach bugging

I`d love to come along to this, but so far this year my track record of turning up anywhere without breaking down has hit a record low

Dave, as you have to pass my place on your way I'm sure the workshop has enough tools to sort most things out on the way there and back
