It's the accelerator that's piquing my interest. I'm having a roller in mine but the two 'real rollers' I have are a bit crap. Years ago I had a roller skate wheel on a beetle and it was great. I'll probably do the same.

What have you done with yours - it's hard to tell from the picture?
Roller skate wheel should go straight onto the accelerator spindle if got the right bearings then just a circlip on the end ;-)up

theres no hurry, Im just interested to see how they work,
mine uses bolt down anchor points, but looks like yours uses bolt and eye mounts, and I was just interested to see if the brackets on your harness just clip on so to speak.

Steve from what I remember when Chris had the buggy the harnesses at the top clip onto loops welded on the roll bar and I assume eye bolts on the floor, the harnesses themselves have the sprung clip mechanisms the same as mine and I guess your Luke ones ;-)up

arh, so the clips are a bit like a carabiners ?

mine are bolt mounts on the top and the bottom, hence the reason I can only use caterham ones with bolt mounts which only Luke do.

A metal sleeve sits in the holes, the bolts then go through the sleeves and through the mounts on the cage, the sleeves allow the harness to move freely.
bugger..you just got me thinking, I could have just bought the eye bolts which would have gone through my mounting holes, and then I could have bought any make of harness with the spring clips  ;D after the rubbish customer service I have had from LUKE.

Yes you could have Steve ::) Oh well hindsight's a wonderful thing  ;D

I suppose you could still send back the badly coloured one and get a complete new matching pair possibly cheaper
