I need help!!!

I have a 1967 chassis that i am doing up to be mated with a FF Buggies LWB shell, and for the most part i see that it is a swing axel, so now i need Swing Axle Bearing Housing but they all say upto 1966. Dose it mater if iI use a 1966 Swing Axle Bearing Housing or do i need to find 1967 onwards?

1967 was a cross over year for chassis, it could be either, that's assuming that your gearbox is the original one from your chassis. Do your rear drums have 4 or 5 wheel bolt holes?

If 4 you'll probably need later ones, if 'wide' 5 pattern then probably the earlier ones.

Bearing housings usually stay with their donor gearboxes though so really hard to tell.

looks like you need a swing axle gearbox and front beam 1968 on,  4 stud wheel pattern and a set of wheels to get it at least rolling

Sure but if you're missing bits buy them when you can rather than when you need them. Some parts are getting scarce/expensive. The days of £30 gearboxes and £100 engines are well over and you can guarantee you can never get hold of that fiddly little (or big) part when you actually need it.

If you are doing frame head I would recommend finding someone who can either lend you a jig or getting someone with a jig to do it.  The replacement frame heads aren't known to be the best fitting.

Nor are they structurally strong.

Patch welding an existing frame head is often stronger and easier than a full replacement if the original is not too far gone.

Agree on the repair but if a new one is unavoidable like one I did weld then new one up first before fitting and you need a front axle fitted so you can get all the measurements correct and get it aligned if you do not have a jig unless you make one before cutting the old unit off.

And 67 is the worst year for parts ,Thiers 200/1300/1500 al have different suspension/one year only parts
