Hi all my wiper motor has three terminals numbers 54d 31 54 I have a wiper switch not vw has 4 terminals letters H L P B which wire goes were thanks

Try 54d to H
54 to P
31 to B

That is my guess any way

You need to test the switch, easy job if you have a multimeter with a diode/continuity tester on it or a battery and test light.

Meter Wire or power to one terminal possibly B then check the other terminals for power with the switch in off, speed 1 and 2. Working like this you will find live in and speeds 1,2 terminals.

A vw diagram will give you the motor wires.
