Here for sale is my 1972 Vw Fugitive buggy.
Its been inspected by the dvla (letters to prove) and has got a correct v5c and frame number.

9month mot and 9 month tax also tax exempt

1600 engine with twin Kadrons recent full engine re build includes
reground crank
new big/main bearings
used barrels and piston's approx (500miles)
re-laped valves
new push rod tubes(stainless steel)/seals
new crank seal
used clutch
new plugs/leads
new fuel pump
all tinware has been stripped and shot blasted and re sprayed.
GT gearbox
brand new distributor with vac advanced(electronic).
Brand new alternator
Acewell digital speedo
New Tyres
New seat covers
New battery
brand new Quick release steering wheel
new empi quick shift
Jamar pedal assembly (hydraulic clutch)
New brake shoes all round
Custom powerflow exhaust so it is not too loud.
Distributor has electronic ignition.
Also includes a modified A-frame for towing.
front mudguard brackets attached to brake backplates and
rear to axles. (ie. they go up and down with wheels).
50/50 brake bias to avoid front wheels locking up.

slight fault in that the ignition needs replacing. will start and tick over when driving ignition shorts so will need a new ignition. i can try get this sorted but not got alot of free time at the moment hence the sale. Please note engine in pic is old engine and new one is the one with the fan belt guard on.
Will split and sell the fugitive for £2250 and engine for £1250 if i get no interest needs to be seen!!

Took a deposit on the fugitive Hopefully will be sold by this week. Fingers crossed that the one im after is still for sale. a swb predator. Something ive always wanted. Then i think i will stick with that. haha.

Hope it works out.  I know you really wanted a buggy, rather than a rail.  You'll be able to come round and make me jealous.....again

I havnt lost money on either the volksrod or the fugitive and still only have my initial money invested. Just moving myself up the ladder. i will get there haha
