You'll have to phone the pub for that one I'm afraid...

Still not sure what's going on about the BBQ.

And yes, I should probably find out what time we can start putting up our tents on Friday morning (it's on my to do list)...

Well I guess I'd better put my beak in and say something.

I'll stock up with meat munchies either way for whatever barby we have. Don't forget the squeaky cheese everyone  ;-)up I'll be bringing my gas 1 ring cooker for brewing up, just incase I fancy a cuppa or late night beans and sausages from a can. Plus cans of Strongboy  ;D

Can't think of much else. Anyone else going down on Saturday morning? I've got work till late Friday night/ early Saturday. So I'm gonna try and get there just after you lot have had breakfast.

Can someone save me a pitch between Shaggy and Dan  8)  (one man tent)

Sunshine all the way  ;-)up  ;-)up  ;-)up  ;-)up  ;-)up  ;-)up

Gotta wait for my lad to finish school, so it'll be a later arrival for me, 7pm at the earliest, but probably nearer 8pm :(

This may sound silly but.....

I really don't like having all this heat and travelling during the day stuck on motorways with all the daily traffic
and getting broiled in the process....

Sooo.........  :)

I will be travelling up at night, and will leave during the early morning on Friday, many times
I have done this and quite honestly its a really lovely way to go. The night lights, fresh smells and wildlife everywhere.

If the heat is still here, it will be warm too, and I will be in the area for when the sun comes up, my favourite time and
something that many miss out on, as sunrise on a hot summer day in the country, not on a motorway, and in a buggy just cannot be beaten.  :D :D

See you there  :) ;-)up

I finish work at 1 pm, we hope to be there by 4pm. We will probably eat at the pub as I don't think the food will keep, unless there is a BBQ then we can stop off during the cruise to pick up supplies.

Hazel, I am hoping that shaggy has booked us breakfast for sat and sun at the pub?

It was only a provisional number I was wanting as the landlady as me for a rough idea...

I don't think we're bothering to bring food. To busy with the buggy  ::)

We`re bringing food - and may well eat at the pub too, and will still have space for eggy bread morning, noon and night.

(And hoping to be there for around lunch time friday)

I`m with you Peter, I love driving at "crack of sparrow fart myself" it truly is a lovely time to set off . . .

That is unless you live down here in the West Country where you end up driving full on into the sunrise and being blinded with no escape.

We also get it driving home too when the sun sets in the west.
