The Forum statistics have proven that not only do we all love Photos, but the Buggy Picture of the day thread has proven to be the hottest topic we currently have on here, and when the Moderators got their heads together to decide on which category should be considered for our first ever monthly award, it seemed very appropriate to go with the following:

The Moderators Medals Monthly Award for May 2013 is for . . . .

Best Buggy Photograph as taken by one of our own Members

and is awarded to:

Chris Jordan a.k.a. Doon L004
With this truly magnificent shot alongside a Harrier Jump Jet. We seldom see Buggies photographed with War Planes (Other than a few of us at Brize Norton) and this one, for extra points, was even taken in the snow.

Chris,
You have won yourself a couple of Beach Buggy .Info stickers, so please get in touch with me to claim your prize, and let me know what colours you would like me to send out to you.

I would just like to add on behalf of the Moderators, that this has been very hard to decide, as the standard of photos that you guys are taking is very good indeed. Some of the runners up (sorry no prizes) also deserve a mention here and will show just how hard this was for us to choose.

The setting for Inigo`s Buggy (Neil) outside a stately home was excellent. We all loved the way that the body colour reflects the cold and his roof the snow, and the buggy as a whole, has a clean and uncluttered look.

Allan's Buggy on Brean Beach just last weekend. A very simple and great looking shot, showing that really detailed and super shiny buggies can still go on the beach.

And last, but not certainly not least, Peters Buggy and that beautiful snow scene. Whilst I know that some of you may have seen enough snow for the year, I for one can not get enough of it, and that picture just makes me want to climb inside that car and go for a spin.

So . . .  The big question remains . . .

What would you have chosen if it were up to you ?
