Found it stood with no rear wheels and rusted drum threads on blocks against a low wall on a steep sloping drive that joined the road on a sharp bend up a steep hill.
But with Garys help wheels went on debris removed and trailer backed in over the kerb blocking the road then the winch along with jacking up and pushing over it git onto the ramps.
The motor was buried under the brambles up the drive surrounded by debris. But we got it on a home a 5.30 am start and back 10 hours later now for a look at it as never did when collecting it. Found some strange mot advisories so after sitting outside for 5 years it needs recommissioning and a decision what to do with it.
A Kango T top with lift out roof panels a tidy body but rust everywhere I have looked and that is not a lot if places as yet.

So well done and you clearly bd edited from a second - Gary - practical set of hands. Talk about 'collection only'. If it had broken down anywhere else I guess the owner may have left it as fly tipping.

Love the MOT saying repeatedly 'noisy exhaust' as a vague comment  and blimey what sort of comment is 'this car is in a very poor condition but had to have a MOT' ?!

Body, headlights, seats and front number plate look great.

Hi snoopy is that the one off eBay, because I saw it and remember saying how they are quite rare and then saw one for sale, although it is only the second one I have ever seen. 😂

Yes Debs its the ebay one and it nicely doubles the number of yellow buggys in Evesham.

Loads of possibilities it may be Top banana 2 or Bumble the 2nd as I know two yellow buggy folks who need a practical buggy  ;D ;D

Anyone else writing this Snoopy and I'd consider coming around at night with some wire cutters etc.

The greatest form of flattery is imitation so a 2nd Top Banana or Bumble makes sense

As it rained ever since it arrived it was still wet when the rain stopped so wash off the moss and grime.

The moss was well matured

Our 6.5 bar water pressure and the hose nozzle was enough to push the jacking point down 😂

Looks better

Mmm rusty metal after a wash

Sadly I think it halves the number of yellow Buggies in Cornwall though.

Jacking point on a buggy ? Surely that is something you can do without !

The lichen tells me the buggy was parked up for quite a time and the air wasn't too polluted.

Gosh the yellow is coming up well - think this is a keeper.

Surprising what a wash did snoopy it looks so much better already, ignoring a few rust spots.  You could always paint it blue just to upset Hugh 😂  We all know what you will be doing this winter. 👍

Debs we are still in the autumn. Come the winter Snoopy will have fettled up the engine, welded various bits and pieces, ensured it's brakes and lights work and have it passed an MOT.

Painting it blue won't upset me as I accept not everyone can handle a yellow buggy.

Nah Keith it's far too good a paint finish for me to have had any hand in it.

Does make you wonder if blue was the most common colour of these back in the day.

You should have bid Dave, there is a seized 1300tp with water in the oil, gearbox they said failed but gear lever will not nove from 1st or 3rd, pans are rotten, seats for bin or recover as had suffered water ingress and everything is rusty and seized but the battery still had 12.3 volts in so that is fine and on charge.
