I presume its a modified MantaRay ?

Good God, that's had more plastic surgery than Jordan! Nothing 1/2 hour with a saw wouldn't sort out though. Love the reg and the tail lights (Bedford CF?). :-\

Ha ha Krug. Firstly it looks in too good a running condition for my 'standards' and secondly I'd need a shed load of yellow spray cans - more so if that strong blue required a second spray coat to disguise it.
