You can strip it all out at once but if you have a height difference just tweak the side that is to high or low. The smallest adjustment is one spline either way. The problem is the right hand bar is probably a little bit softer after 50 years use with a driver so seting them at the same angle to start with may give you a lower right by a fraction.

Hi my buggy is finally back on the road but still need to do a few things to it.  Starting first time and every time at the mo so gonna hold off changing to electronic ignition and manual coke. Will keep parts for another day.  One prob I did encounter on Sunday on my ride out was the rear tyre was rubbing the wheel arch.
Could this be the suspension or am I right in saying torsion bars.??
Any advice appreciated. Cheers Deb

So some good news  ;-)up tyres rubbing at the top you can raise the suspension a bit, if you have swing axle not open shaft the highest you can go is wheels vertical as positive camber wheels out at the top is not good for handling and irs will raise withour effecting the wheel camber.

Cheers snoopy, could it also be the bushes on the ends of the torsion bar, or am I talking rubbish 😂 Cheers Deb

The bushes give very little trouble as they are compressed in use and they just keep the end centralised

Thanks for the info will have to get it checked out because it appears to be only on the drivers side, suspension comes down but does not return up. Cheers Deb
