Agreed, that's what I thought when I saw it. We had 110s at work to tow our boats around and generally muck about off road.

Dave DND that's immensely helpful. I could only find wrong diameter Lucas clear lens on ebay. VW Heritage have the complete unit for £26 which I'm too Scrooge to splash out on straight away. I've asked the Land Rover lens seller which lens is 70mm dia.

Dave Doon - the strength of the MBC is partly that we don't seem to have a tight definition of what area it encompasses unlike folk who live in 'the Black Country' ! Also we seem to accept anyone so I think you'll find you're in the MBC if you simply turn up to an event or gathering, or perhaps just appear in this area in a buggy. Hope your move comes together and your buggy gets safely transported..

Yes if it has rattles, runs rough, has a few parts drop off or suffers total engine failure then it's eligible to be classed as a buggy.
