Have a great time, looks like you wont be freezing in the tents like some years.

Pity me, spent the day cleaning the house for photos as trying to sell  :(

One tip, dont buy  the drill sets from the great big tool stall in the main gallery (Mark - Zip Buggy knows who I mean) as you will struggle to find metal soft enough for them to get through.

Hi guys ( and ladies).....

Me and a friend are also coming to Stoneleigh .
We planned to go by camper but today when i picked it up, i've noticed there was a faillure with the brakes......
So we have to change our plans and will come by car.
This means we will be limited by lugage....
This also means we won't be able to bring a bbq, chair etc with us.
So, I know there is always a bigger BBQ at the 'camp' of the VW buggies... Can we abuse some space, so we don't have to eat raw meat   :D ?
If someone has got some extra ( 2) outdoor chairs..also nice.....
We will also be limited with some Begian beer ( cooling will also be a problem...) but I'll do my best...
See you all saterday/sunday.

Erwin,

Of course we can find you some space on the BBQ - no problems - but we will be lighting that one on Sunday night.

On Saturday tea we are going to a Fish and Chip shop, and I am sure that we can find some space and a spare seat in the Buggies for you and your friend to come and join us if you want to - nobody gets left behind !!

It will be good to see you again   ;-)up

The drills do a couple of holes if you are lucky then blunt.

No I won't be getting there this year trying to sell the house so loads to-do. Will only do local runs this year until we have moved.

Enjoy yourselves

Suppose you could put a sock in it Dave,  but then that might not hold water,   Shame you can't make it to Stoneleigh but hope to catch up with you later on in the year.  Are still destined for Derbyshire ?
Have fun. Be lucky

Hope everyone has a great time over the weekend. It's will be the first one I've missed in about 8 years.
I have a good excuse though as I'm now a new dad to a 5 day old little boy called Oliver (Ollie).
Might bring him to the Evesham show at the end of the month if the weathers good so all the MBC can meet its new member

Nearly 50 buggies today and no two alike...

photo host

But hopefully someone with a decent camera will post some highlights.

The Allan and Vanessa cruise to the chippy was perfect in the evening light and we all got in the car park in various clusters:

Service was efficient and noise levels of buggists was high until they got their food. Jools was keen to have a few of slices of bread to supplement his fish & chips:

Wow !

What can I say - Just got home from an awesome weekend that saw 54 Buggies on the stand at its peak, Lots came and went, so I couldn`t say how many different ones we had in total. Thank you to everyone that made the effort.

So great to see everyone - Big Thanks to Vanessa for organizing teh chippie run, Mahoosive thanks to Jazzy and Snowy for feeding the entire site with their awesome Bar-B-Que - and huge respect to Aaron and Roisin for driving down from Scotland just for a day trip !!

And if the weekend couldn`t get any better, I have just heard news that Chimp and Kat are proud parents of the latest member of the Buggy family !!
