lol worrying thing is I used to live over your neck of the woods a few year back,
my old man used to own 'The Sir Robert Peel' pub in Blackheath
spent the day reading through build project posts etc
and feel confident I can do a half decent job of rebuilding a prospective project
it's looking more do-able thanks to the forum and its inspiring that this wealth of knowledge is available
