Don't worry fellow buggers. I have phoned my therapist and she will be in touch with Allan for an in-depth evaluation of his mental state. Some people are hoarders of plastic bags, some of shoe's, some of car polish (VC) but 'Beach Buggies' .....this must be a first. This situation should be controlled before the Beach Buggy population becomes assigned to one geographical area and David Attenborough gets involved!! However, thats a sweet Buggy and it's in good hands
