While you are setting your angles, might it be an idea to replace the shock absorbers with solid bars, to eliminate any chance of the height changing and affecting the other settings, reduce the number of variables

Looks like you brought a large collection of bits, the buggy on a Q is good as it can be rebuilt anyway with no problems.
