More details to follow

I've got my pub room booked.
Will there be room for Me to bring my bug onto the show ground or will I have to park in the general car park?
Phil.

Hi Andy,

I have a purple Renegade buggy which is registered on a 1964 chassis but Ive been told the buggy was built in 1972. The buggy was originally glitter coat blue but its on a different reg No to yours.
Ive been told there are only 3 or 4 Renegades still on the road in the UK and I know one of those is red and i think the other is white.

Hope you find yours.

Phil.

Hi,
I've recently joined the club, I've had a few strange vehicles in my time, a Dodge Tradesman van with a big V8 which I fully restored with custom stripes shag pile carpet slot mags and zoomy exhausts complete with zebra print interior and of corse a bed in the back, the a corvette, a 1968 Matt black beetle and now my latest project and a bit of a child hood dream of owning one a beach bug!! It's Renagade on a 1964 shortened chassis, was glitter coat blue but now a Cadbury purple metallic. It's running a type 3 1600 with twin Webber's. I've been working on it over the summer as it has a few things to attend to as it had been neglected for a few years. I'm chuffed with the outcome. She's looking and driving sweet  :D
I was told by the previous owner that it was built in 1972 and looking at the history I got with it there are many bills from the 1985 era so I think it had a major rebuilt about then, think that was probably when it was painted purple?? The reg is BHF 669AIf any of you know any of the history of it I would be very interested. Looking forward to getting involved in the club and hopefully meeting up with some of you sometime.
Cheers. Phil.
