hi im wanting to wire up fuelgauge i have standard beetle tank and clock sender unit on tank has one pole for a wire please explain the back of clock has a little oblong box i left it alone ive wired up everything else an all work ok i just wasnt brave enough an didnt want my hard work going up in smoke thanks guys

hi all the hose from the resvior down to the mastercylinder make sure the pipe you use is suitable for brakefluid if it isnt dont use it brakefluid will rot the pipes rubber ect ive learnt the hard way the correct pipe is blue just kamper sell also cool air

hi ive replaced master and front wheelcylinders ive also put new pipe from fluid resavoir to mastercylinder wheel cylinders were ceased replaced them first couldnt get brakes to bleed up found mastercylinder was full of black bits id used wrong pipe that fed master had it in 3 years brake fluid rotted pipe
now had cylinder an master still cant get it to bleed up im using dot 3 fluid pedal just goes to floor ive clamped front flexis an. then get some pedal try same on rear no pedal also ive set the adjuster on the the pedal so i felt it touch master and then wound it back a little so slight free play aaaaarrrrggg its doin my head in now any help thanks in advance

hi I'm doing the rear torsion bar can I remove both sides at same time so I can mark them up I've done them an one side is higher so it's back to the drawing board thanks Alan

I have fitted rear seatbelts to my lab fibre fab I made a bar an fitted it over gearbox it is held by the two top gearbox/engine bolts it is solid an holds lap belts well no chance of bar bending is thick angle iron will this be ok 4 mot
