Under the dash? I have a full width Dash but don't fancy chopping big rectangular holes in it, got a few more gauges to fit anyway..Was playing abut with the idea of a console but cant find anything off the shelf. So thinking of just make up a bracket to sit under the dash..

Any thoughts/suggestions/pics of what others have done?

Sadly I don't have any photos at hand now, BUT I positioned mine just behind me between the seats. Its a really small unit and I have an external speaker just there too, so its close to my ear and can be easily removed if necessary. Will try and post photos up soon

A complicated Rig to use for sure, but the Polmar Venus has a hideaway box with all controls on the mic

I have had the one Dave has shown directly above... personally I wasn't so impressed with it. I now have the small basic unit (same one he is currently using - I think he's copying me.... what does he know about car audio/electronics?)


Anyway, both of those come with a tiny little bracket which holds the unit in place (can be easily removed) and a single screw that holds it to the buggy body/dash/whatever
