I know it may sound like sacrilage but has anyone dulled down alloy wheels or any stainless for a clean matt look. Was thinking of using fine scotchbrite pads and autosol. Tried a small area on my exhaust pipe and when heated turns a nice bronze colour matches my bronze dipped rocker covers  :)
