Hi my tank has a central relocated filler neck which now has a nice tight fitting cap
However there's a very small pipe front near side. Is this for air venting? If so where do I route the pipe to? Washer hose would fit

Put a loop in it so it goes near the top of the bonnet underside then run it along the tank and down so it exots lower than the floor pan, screen was pipe will be ok as it will go hard with time.
