Ok Mate, I'll try to find a site close for the Thursday night, Monday is not a problem.

The club have only recently made these changes which are out of my control but we always work something out for our Euro buddies.

...strangely, I'm more nervous about a trip down to Swanage than I was to Dusseldorf, Germany.
Finally got the Friday off so I can (all being well) convoy down with the rest of the Midlanders  ;-)up

All things being equal, we're threatening to make it down for the Sunday (pre)procession (and if we can get up early enough, breakfast). We would come earlier if it wasn't for a) Kim (daughter) and Arran (partner) coming down for the weekend and b) Honeybunny not fancying camping all that much.

It'd be good to finally meet some of you buggers...

Patrick,
I have really struggled to find a site this time of year that will let you only book 1 night but....

I have found a non electric grass pitch in Moreton (just down the road from me and Ollie) that has vacancies.

I'm stopping there on the way home to see if I can do a provisional booking for you, have a look at the link and see if it suits:

We have often ended up here for the week after the Swanage Carnival, and they usually have a few spaces   :-\

Patrick
They still have spaces but would not let me reserve 1 as they only do bookings online from the  www.pitchup.com website, let me know if you need any help.

As camp Bestival at Lulworth castle is starting on the 28th all the Wool camp sites are either booked up or won't let you just stay for 1 night.

If anyone else wants to camp on Thursday down here the Walled garden looks like an ideal place to chill, only a mile and a half from my warm bed but I'm thinking of it!

Breakfast is confirmed for Sunday as long as we have enough interest.
