Need baffles for buggy cannons as I'm told I'll get an ASBO otherwise!

Reluctant but necessary.

Cheers

How about fitting exhaust cutouts? At the push of a button the volume changes,

How would they work?

Are they cheap/easy to install?

No/no
A diy version can be made from scrapyard throttle bodies.

In that case, go for the easy option and fit ready made baffles.
Loud exhausts are fun on short trips but get very tiring on any longer runs.

I have an old pair of cannons you could cannibalise, worth adding a location to your profile as they aint worth posting as they may not fit
