The northern crew at the moment just consists of me, Ryan at the moment isn't going. So I'm thinking unless there are some others like Krug or Brigalo going via hull, I'll drive down and meet the MBC and roll along with them via harwick.

you are welcome ;-)up

Just a quick reminder to go and check the Validity of your passports

If they run out this year, then don`t leave it until the last minute - now is the time to check and renew if necessary   ;-)up

Krug,

We catch the overnight Ferry from Harwich on the Thursday night (12th May) and there are various cruises and meeting points going on during that day, with the plan to meet at Colchester for tea before heading to the port "en masse".

We arrive back in blighty, crack of sparrow fart (6:30am) on the Tuesday 17th just in time for Morrissons Cafe to open for breakfast.

For anyone who has never done this, we break the journey into very short bursts of around an hour or so between filling and fuel stations, and gives us a great chance to natter and get to know each other - Remember, everyone is welcome !!

Now . . . Go and book those ferry tickets   ;-)up

Hey mate
In the past we have left Thursday at 12 ish and gone to hull
But as this year the is a real possibility that I'd be the only one doing that route I thought I'd leave 1st thing Thursday and go meet the MBC in b'ham and roll along with them

Be great if we could do that together ;)

Dav

just did a quick day change Dav. be good to have Krug in tow as well.

I will probably have to miss this one. Due to financial constraints that have plagued me for the nearly 2 years.

Don't want to miss it but I have to be realistic and owing people money and swanning off to Germany is a poke in the eye of others  :(

I'm going on my own so you can ride shotgun, no costs to you apart from your entry, sugar puffs and gravy ;)
I'm putting buggy on and driving anyway so it no problem

Bummer there Dave but the offer of a seat is great.

Any ideas on fancy dress for the event and any volunteers to organise it or are the knights making a comeback with bowler hats.
