I have for sale my Motorhome car towing braked A Frame. Bought off Hustler on here but no longer needed as getting a small trailer.
Pretty much the only safe legal way to tow your buggy these days, this has the heavy duty flat plate to weld or clamp behind the front axle torsion tubes & the brake attachment that need a small bracket fixing to the rear of the brake pedal to operate.
This is a real heavy duty (AL-KO) make that sell new for between £800-£1000.
Could fit other vehicles with a different fixing

After £265 which is what I paid, it will be on ebay shortly for more but offered here first.
Derby area

This is still available if anyone needs to tow their buggy legally

How does the braking mechanism work?

There's a mechanism that senses sudden braking and pulls on the cable that is passed through the buggy bulkhead then attached to the rear of the brake pedal.
Several people on here use this system so could probably explain better than me
The beauty of this one is it already has the specific front beam mounts needed for a buggy/beetle.
Most on eBay need them fabricating
