ok heres my question ,, am after getting an insurance  quote on the buggy so's I can get her mot'ed and on the road  ,, but do I ask  for ,, classic car, modified  car or kit car or is it just  gp  buggy or vw saloon thats on the log book     

just ring a plan and insure it as a beach buggy they will do it no problem......

As said, just ring A-Plan and say Beach Buggy, they are really on the ball   

Just tell them everything. Beach buggy heavily modified as all of ours are unique.

You will be surprised how insurance companies for beach buggies don't even bat an eyelid about the mods, I have found only engine size ups the premium.  2054cc £150 fully comp.
