Wish I had filmed Andy.
Checked the ignition, checked his pockets, staring to panic now, then remembers the buggy cubbyholes, slight relief, not there, now blind panic, looks all round like the squirrels might have nicked them

Wish I had filmed Andy.
Checked the ignition, checked his pockets, staring to panic now, then remembers the buggy cubbyholes, slight relief, not there, now blind panic, looks all round like the squirrels might have nicked them

Then went back checking underneath seat cushions, emptied pockets, really worried now, looked in foot wells, all engines (except one) are running now, revving, am looking around further, telling folks to wait..... Scott shouts out a clue..... I start walking down the line...... Until I get to an hysterical Mr Allen.....  :D :D :D :D :D

It was great run but London seemed pretty quiet both traffic and tourist wise, maybe we just werent noisy enough.
There were events going on at the Tower and in the Mall so maybe they were all there instead of lining our route.
It was good to see more turn up at the Ace, several there before us and even more turned up later

Southend was pretty good when we had the SDBC picnic in Essex though parking can be tricky sometimes (over to the locals for info there)
Clacton can be good, can check out the parking, good excuse for a run out

Well Chris if you are suggesting Skeggy... It's a bit of a trip for most (well nearly all!)

That said its Skeg Vegas this coming weekend, another weekend vw show. I "may" pop over there, but only because I really have to head up to see my ma.

I know it's a bit Essex based,, but Southend is a good shout. The cruise along the sea front is very good indeed!
