OK some of you know about this already - well its finally available. Those that have expressed an interest need to contact Spike. Its from the scrap beetle that was used for my replacement 1500 gear box.

I am advertising on behalf of Spike Hughes at the House of Dub - he's the chap that does the stuff on the buggy that I can't be arsed to do (well all of it really! lol) but he doesn't get online very often. So if you want the item - its he you need to speak to. (Not me as such though of course will help as best I can!)

See the photos, I've seen it too of course, its in an OK state (seen much much worse. Pans are basically sound, had some repairs before by preious owner and need some repairs now too (by the jacking points etc :)) to be honest you may want to replace the pans anyway (especially if a LWB buggy is not for you).
But just a bit of minor welding repairs would probably do - The photos possibly make it look worse than it is.

A photo of the V5 is shown so you can make your own mind up there. (I have my opinion)

Its currently based just outside of Leighton Buzzard (Near Stewkley) But don't worry if you are heading this way, I can meet you and take you to his workshop.

Spike's number is 07791 502716 (available 9.30am to 9.00pm) - if you can't get thru pm me and I will try to help, but leave a voicemail for him, he's good at getting back.

Price = looking for offers in the region of £250 (but is keen to get it out of the way sooner rather than later.)
BUT MAKE HIM AN OFFER - HE WANTS IT GONE SOONER RATHER THAN LATER!!!
The chassis parts are as shown, i.e. no front beam, no gearbox - BUT he does have another 1200 box (not mine!) and other various parts available by separate sale. Hope that helps!

(This is NOT currently advertised elsewhere yet so you guys have first shout)

A quick Bump, as he is keen to get rid of it now, so I suggest a realistic offer may secure!
