Handy Hint...

If you want to 'chrome plate' a late Bug gear lever just slip a left-over peice of chromed 15mm gas pipe over it.

Nice one Dave, handy hint 2 for the gear lever I used the stainless tube off a garden solar light not quite as blingy as chrome and requires no polishing.
