Where to get one and usually how much wanna do king and link pin bushes

An adjustable reamer will do the job but you must ensure its range is within that
of the bush diameter. I am sorry, but I don't know what that is just now.

Also, it may/WILL need modifying.... The adjustable threaded sleeve can be removed and a new one
made up. This new one will be a piece of ground bar and will accept a slow tapered collar,
the whole thing is fitted into the top bearing and the bar will pass straight through.
The tapered sleeve will align the bar in the bottom bearing sleeve and ensure all is parallel
and square....

Reaming these bushes needs to be done with you in control otherwise they will be out of line and will wear out very quickly.

I would set this up in a machine shop with the right tools to be honest..

I had a reamer but it went out on loan and never came back you need a pilot with it to ensure it goes parrallel through the 2 bushes. and you only do a bit at a time to get it to size as once it gets to big it is to late.

from memory mine was something like 11 to 14mm but I would not gaurantee that and it had tread on the base for the pilot guide to srew onto.

The last time I got a set reamed out by an engineer he did them in his lunch break for the princely sum of 40 Player's No6...those were the days!!!
