Well just a few things to consider then...being that i'm only 5ft 6"(vertically challenged....very) should have some bearing on things i'll need a fair size booster seat to catch up with Big Clem for one and a 16" screen is going to be way too tall for me to reach so i think it's seats first then make with the tape measure, cheers for the pointers.

Never let any one say that 5'6" is vertically challenged ........
From the look of it us guys in the "below 5'7" gang are actually the majority, thereby making us the "norm" and of average height.

It's the odd balls like benny boy and BIG Clem who are challenged !!

I'm probably going to have a larger screen made when I get to that point. I'm 6'5 and don't want my hair messed up!

Funnily enough... Hair being messed up has never been an issue for Dan and I. And I don't think that's anything to do with Andre either!  ;D ;D

Jesus!!! Is this a forum that attracts giants or something ???
Think I'm going chuck my step ladders away, next time I need the ceiling painted I know a few guys who can do it easy enough.  Happy to paint your skirting boards by way of trade ?!?

My hair never gets messed up .... Just look at my avatar ... Plenty of spray and gel.

Actually I think Elvis had a big screen in the Manx he drove purely so his hair didn't get messed up.
Sure I read that somewhere ?? Probably on here from Manx David ??

also depends on what look your after,
for example, mine is a street look (no roof), so at the moment has a 3" fly screen, however I have a 12' screen boxed up and ready to go on,, but it also matches the height of my cage,

I've seen cages on a number of buggys ,are they an off the shelf item like the hoops or are they bespoke ?

yes they are bespoke, lots of chaps on here have mocked theirs up using all sorts, and then getting it made.
Im sure they can give you advice on what and how they did theirs.
