Has anyone got experience with the cf moto 500cc engine for the quadzilla rl500?
I'm having a no start issue, new fuel, good spark, fresh oil, and cleaned air filter.

I suspect possibly the flywheel key has snapped and is misaligned the timing but if I start taking the thing apart and get stuck then I'm just left with a heap of metal.

If you think the flywheel has sheared remove the spark plug and use a rod to hold the piston still at bottom dead centre then try turning the flywheel if it moves with piston held you need a strip down.
