Hello Tim. It was Allan who had the white Renegade at the kit car show and Dave DND who rightly urged you to join this forum - he has clearly fast tracked you through the security !

Allan mentioned the tight fit of a type 1 engine in the Renegade rear moulding. Do you have an image of the back body section area ?

Tim I recall is in or near Caerphilly and has seen a couple of Buggys in his area.

Hello again yes I'm from Caerphilly south wales. The car was my mothers she has owned this since 1991 and was last on the road in 1994 it failed mot on a couple of bits and then just sat in a garage till I decided to put it back together to see if my mother will drive you again just to have a bit of fun.

Great provenance and interesting Tim as it begs the question - was your mother part of a local buggy club scene in 1991 ? Do you have photos of it back in the early 90s ?
