I am thinking of getting some sort of hood for my LWB buggy but my prob is I need to be able to stand up to get in & out rather than struggle with the limited space when a roof is on, due to a hip problem.  So possibly something I could lock in place when I am in it. Could be a soft or maybe a fibre glass top.  Any ideas of types, places to get them and rough prices would be appreciated.
Cheers Deb

Debs there must be marinas and boat yards near you with a sail maker or boat hood maker also look out for car upholstery firms then you can have the zip across the roof above your head to stand up.

He made it and the front central catch is very clever at pulling down and sealing the front edge along the screen top.

There seems to be a gap in the market just been quoted £1000 - £1500 for a Bimini top 😂
Will keep looking, bigger task than I thought 😂

You could probably buy one for a Jeep and modify it to fit for about 1/10 th that price.

Finally found someone local to make a bimini/bikini roof never sure what they are called.

A C Trimmers, Pontypool.
He makes the both types but I had to have the one with the zips to be able to get in & out due to a problem hip, but I am pleased with it. 👍
