Just fitted a towbar to the daily, a Peugeot 208 15 reg. I need to wire it for a basic tip-run trailer so 7 pin plug, no reverse or fog lights etc.

Looking at the rear light wiring one the boot there are stickers in place implying that you can't simply Scotchlock onto them like back in the day. I'm thinking it'll need one of those little by pass relay things wiring in? Is it that simple or am I setting myself up for failure? TIA.

bypass relay is an easy fit and just takes a signal to power the circuit from a live feed so no load on the car circuit.

But try and use crimps or soldered joints instead of the crappy scotchlocks
