What's the i/s frame arms dimensions and also the frame cross section width I, m guessing it's maybe 35/40mm? Also depth of groove where hood clips inside.

The width of the scuttle where it mounts, therefore the width across the inside of the frame arms is 42 1/2 inches, sorry, I don't know what that measures in French. Standard height for a Manx screen is 16 inches.

I'll get the other dimensions tomorrow, its lashing down now!

Still need width of aluminium extrusion and groove size please

The bottom of the screen bar must be smaller section than the side and top then??.
To fit in front of the dash lip, what width is the bottom screen section then?

Yes the bottom of the screen is smaller.  You have to mount it groove in otherwise it doesn't fit round the lip of the bonnet/dash join
