This is my 1300 vw beach buggy
Moted to 6 feb 2019,This is a FF buggy.The car was professionally shortened in 2011
by Quantum sports car at a cost of £2800 I also have invoice for original sales receipt
Of the kit. Lots of mot certificates
This is a great little car starts easily and runs great looks great as well  does have a mark above rear wheel please see picture only selling as got a Austin ruby and don't have room for both

The original Beetle was built in 1973 and is therefore road tax exempt.  It also benefits from very cheap insurance deals,

The buggy had a full professional rebuild in 2011 along with a respray in the very eye-catching sunburnt orange shown in the pictures.  The buggy was rewired, ride height lowered, retuned and serviced engine, petrol tank removed and replaced with a cylinder tank (pictured) as well as a customer dashboard.  The engine is a 1500cc single carb exhausting to twin canon exhausts.  A stinger exhaust is also included in the sale should you want to change the look (and sound).

The buggy comes with extensive history with receipts and MOTs.  Receipts include the rebuild, Classic Cobra seats, 3 point harnesses, front adjustable beam, new front and rear lights, number plates, Vintage Smith gauges, quick shift, new modular chrome rear wheel and 10" wide tyres, new modular chrome front wheels and 6" wide tyres, full sound system with competition speakers, whip aerial.

Prior to rebuild, mileage at MOT was 23489, current mileage is 1523, last MOT at 1491 with no advisories.this is going up as still in use

Sorry no roof was thinking of getting one when first got car but never got round to sorting it

only roofs we do that fit Short Wheelbase buggies are the Manx style roofs £180 for a solid colour.  These come "leather" textured in the gel coat finish.

Hi Lee, yes, hard tops only, soft tops are a personal choice thing, so trimmers and boat builders are the best place.

Shame that Wiff retired his roofs were awesome
