Hi all,

I've got a meeting with the Football club chairman this weekend to go through some details but this is the outline plan:

Thu 27th -  Campsite opens from lunch for early arrivals. Fees TBC but looking like £6 phpn for adults and £2.50 phpn.
Fri 28th - Main party arrive, fish and chips in town for those that want to, bar open at the Football club.
Sat 29th - Cruise leaves at 1100 to wherever it goes and back to the campsite by 1700, Disco starts at 1900, buffet at 2000. Party till late.
Sun 30th - Breakfast from 0800 £5ph (tbc), Twisted show what you own from 1000, talk crap till 1430 when we form up for the parade. Break camp after the parade and drive home.
Mon 30th - For those that want to stay the extra night clean up and leave by lunch time (ish).

2 - The fancy dress for the weekend is following the 10 year anniversary Disco theme and is DISCO.

3 - I'm looking at an estimate of £5ph (tbc)entry fee for the Disco to include the buffet and bar staff, all funds raised at the weekend by us go straight back to the Football club funds.

4 - Please keep all encampments to a bare minimum; tents have priority over caravans, campervans and any other thing that is not a tent.

5 - No chemical toilets that contain anything bigger or more solid than a soggy Mars bar to be emptied into the club toilets.

6 - Do you want T Shirts for the cruise? If yes and we get enough interest I'll sort them & ask for sizes later.

Obviously IBW and a couple of other events in the wind before this but I need to start looking at numbers.
