Does anyone know where to get a set of 16 new wheel bolts for these? They are the ones with a 41/64th inch diameter shank  (not 11/16th). Otherwise I'm going to have to convert to studs and sleeve nuts and have to drill out all the holes to 11/16th.

Thanks Dave. I spoke to JBW today who gave me the sizes?? The bolts don't seem to be available anymore. Mine are OK but I've only got 12 + 4 locking bolts without the locking caps. I'd be happy to get just 4 more bolts.

I've been told by two reliable sources that the bolts are no longer available and you have to resort to a stud conversion.

I spoke to raceways and Mister Tee. Both have had references made to them on here in various threads..

Zip Buggys sizes are quite correct Dave. shank sizes for old Wolfrace were indeed 41/64th and 11/16th and they are the shank sizes that are available today

The bolts are no longer available, when I did it a couple of years ago I got M14 to M12 conversion studs and M12 with 41/46th shank wolfrace nuts and washers from  http://www.mistertee.co.uk/  If you go that route make sure you get nuts that take a 19mm socket  as they have a larger surface area on the 30 degree taper

Last time I fitted 4 stud Wolfies I converted to proper 1/2"unf studs (not screw ins, holes reamed out and spot faced at the back by an engineering company) and drilled the holes out from 41/64ths to 11/16ths (well, 17.5mm actually...close enough!) to use regular 1/2" unf nuts (Wolfies were a common fittment on XJ6's back in the day so easily available).

If Maurice (Mr Tee) can't get the bolts then no one can.

David, do you mean the holes in the wheels? That would seem the way to go and the correct press fit studs as well..

I will have to try and find a machinist that could do that.

Called Mr Tee. £88 for a set of M14/12 studs and 16 x Wolfrace sleeve nuts! Really hoping somebody has 4 x chrome bolts they can sell me. My wheels went in to the powder coater along with the tinware today. It would be nice to have matching bolts in each wheel 

  Just an idea         If you can't get them all to match, but all are secure, you could always use something like this - make sure you get the right size thou.

Good thinking Hudge. Only problem is 3 out of four on each wheel are chrome 19mm bolts and the other is the remnants of the Wolfrace locking wheel bolt. It's a hollow 21mm job without the magnetic locking caps that had to be chiseled off when they stopped working.

My bolts were over size on the shank so had them turned down to fit the wolfrace holes. They came from a guy who did Porsche cup racing wheels but he stopped trading a couple of years ago so may be worth a look on the cup site as a long shot.
