It just so happens that I picked up and read your feature in Ultra VW again this morning which reminds me just how cool your buggy is 

Been busy in the workshop getting some bits done engine has been treated to some new tins polished manifolds new filters well just one at mo as ordered two sent one o we haven't got the over one till end of feb  wont be using them again in a hurry repainted the filter housings and linckages waitting on a couple more bits and hope to refit next weekend

Whilst I've got  the motor out having a tidy up some new wiring for indicators some led lighting  new fuel lines fitted with in line filters 


Found these motorcycle bar end indicators which will be fitted on the rear cage


And finally got rid of the nasty chrome end plates and fitted some stainless ones

This should turn up in the week lovely bit of kit  and hopefully a couple of custom bits by the weekend

Managed some time on the buggy today pleased how the indicators came out 



Well couldn't just hang the wires out now could I 

Got the front apart to sort some wiring changes and made some templates to have some mats bound been working on some drawings for some stainless steel filtter housings which are now  being made 

Very cool I just love attention to detail

Been awhile thought id up date my tread
So the carb tops came out a treat 

Had some ht lead tudes made out the shiny stuff really give a clean look no leads flapping about

Wasnt the best year had a great trip to EBI 6 in belgum where I thought it would be a good idea to drag race a beetle the out come was beat him hands down and broke the gear box in the procees 

Rancho 1500 box  new recon as im feed up with changing boxs hope this one lasts
